As an Occupational Therapist, you will have the resources necessary to assist individuals in returning to their daily activities and enhancing their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver thorough, evidence-based Occupational Therapy services to clients
- Utilize clinical expertise in assessment, intervention, consultation, case management, discharge planning, education, and follow-up
- Thrive in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team setting
- Demonstrate sound professional judgment in all interactions
- 1–3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist is preferred
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Nova Scotia (COTNS)
- A genuine passion for the profession and a commitment to continuous professional development
- Experience in return-to-work programs and interdisciplinary care
- Familiarity with chronic pain management and concussion treatment is an asset
