Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck and Coach Technician to join our team at Ontario Tarp & Trailer Systems Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and safety of our commercial transport vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Inspection and Repair
    • Conduct thorough inspections of commercial transport vehicles to identify and diagnose mechanical issues
    • Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles, including adjustments, replacements, and testing of parts and components
  • Diagnostic and Troubleshooting
    • Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues
    • Collaborate with supervisors to determine the best course of action for repairs and maintenance
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, including advising on work performed and future repair requirements
    • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Maintenance and Repair
    • Perform scheduled maintenance services on vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety
    • Repair or replace mechanical units or components as needed
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
