About the opportunity:
As a Quality Assurance Analyst Intern, you will become part of a diverse group of professionals focused on delivering exceptional digital solutions. You will be empowered to explore new ideas, learn continuously, and contribute to projects that extend beyond traditional insurance offerings.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Translating organizational needs and specifications into comprehensive test cases.
- Creating testing documentation such as strategies, plans, and estimates that align with our established standards.
- Executing test cases to identify issues, logging defects, and providing detailed documentation for IT teams.
- Ensuring quality assurance across all deliverables.
- Collaborating with various departments to troubleshoot and determine the root causes of defects.
- Offering technical support and guidance to project teams regarding system issues.
- Maintaining regression test suites and generating defect reports for the project team.
What you bring:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD program in fields such as artificial intelligence, data science, computer science, mathematics, or related disciplines.
- Availability to work 35 hours per week.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with some days in the office and others remotely.
- Must be returning to school after the internship.
- Familiarity with process modeling and relevant tools.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or Java is advantageous.
- Exposure to cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is a plus.
- Experience with project management tools like Jira or Confluence is beneficial.
- A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is essential.
