Coordinate shipment pickups, communicate with carriers regarding estimated arrival times, and manage scheduling. Handle products and execute tasks in compliance with client procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and regulatory standards. Palletize cases, wrap, and load pallets onto trailers. Generate shipping labels and related paperwork for parcels and less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments, maintaining accurate shipping records in the warehouse management system. Organize and oversee outbound shipments. Operate various power equipment safely, including pallet movers, forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers. Utilize RF Scanners to electronically read barcodes. Input inventory data into the warehouse management system, ensuring accuracy and performing scheduled tasks as per SOPs. Conduct physical inventory counts regularly based on SOPs. Develop and monitor physical inventory plans, identify discrepancies, and report or rectify any issues. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and communicate service concerns to the Supervisor. Prepare daily and monthly reports for clients, including key performance indicator (KPI) reports. Promote safe work practices among colleagues and participate in health and safety initiatives. Ensure all equipment is functioning properly.

Qualifications:
