You will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions while collaborating with Account Managers to enhance project support and optimize sales opportunities.

A Day in the Life:

  • Design and architect ServiceNow solutions specifically tailored for the Technology Provider Service Management (TPSM) product suite, including ITSM, CSM, VA, PA, App Engine, Service Bridge, and IntegrationHub.
  • Develop and architect ServiceNow solutions based on a multi-domain instance deployment.
  • Assist clients and Long View leadership in formulating a ServiceNow technology roadmap to maximize their investment.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the entire lifecycle, from design to implementation and deployment.
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of existing client processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation using ServiceNow.
  • Ensure the scalability, performance, and stability of ServiceNow solutions by optimizing system resources and configurations.
  • Perform thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations and customizations to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.
  • Offer technical expertise and support to the Long View ServiceNow support team, aiding in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Deliver ServiceNow platform training and mentorship to team members and clients.
  • Ensure ServiceNow platform security configurations align with corporate policies and industry standards.

What You Bring:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in designing and deploying ServiceNow platform technology, with a focus on client-facing consulting roles.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting ITSM, CSM, and domain-separated instances of ServiceNow.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, developers, and subject matter experts.
  • Excellent customer-facing presentation and training abilities.
  • Flexibility to adapt work schedules to meet client needs and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.
