About the Role:
Cari is seeking a highly experienced Deputy Program Manager to lead the delivery of major municipal water programs. As a key project leader, you will work in conjunction with the Project Manager to ensure the successful execution of projects exceeding $500M in construction value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with leading and managing all phases of water and wastewater infrastructure programs deemed Enterprise Critical.
- Oversight on the design of water/wastewater infrastructure.
- Manage ethical and job safety practices at all times.
- Collaborate with intermediate and senior engineers to deliver advanced water and wastewater treatment projects to our client base.
- Drive innovation in program management approaches and methodology to achieve marketplace differentiation.
- Identify areas of high risk and proactively take action to positively impact program outcomes.
- Contribute to the global learning and people development strategy for program management.
- Accountable for overall financial success and delivery of Cari Program Management agreement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical or related field.
- ~12+ years of experience in the management of programs exceeding $500M, including 4 years of leadership.
- Experience managing $1B programs.
- Solid technical skills in one of the practice areas of water/wastewater or municipal/industrial infrastructure.
- Proven project management skills including PM certifications.
