Job Summary
The Automotive Service Advisor will support the Shop Manager in optimizing the shop's retail sales and profitability while delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves developing and presenting estimates, sourcing parts, and selling jobs to customers, as well as interpreting inspection results and presenting them to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and present estimates to customers, ensuring accurate and transparent pricing.
- Source parts and materials to support repair and maintenance services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, listening to and consulting with customers to meet their needs.
- Contribute to the effectiveness of peers to promote success and achieve team goals.
- Maximize retail sales and shop profitability, achieving or exceeding shop objectives and goals.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of shop employees and promote a positive corporate image in the community.
Qualifications
- General automotive knowledge and experience in the industry.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with diverse customer needs.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members.
- Team-building skills and ability to contribute to a positive team environment.
- Valid driver's license and ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
Compensation
$20.00 - $28.00 per hour
