About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Production Specialist to join our team at Royal Caffe & Espresso Bar. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure a smooth production process.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards by conducting regular quality checks.
  • Production Scheduling: Draw up production schedules to meet customer demand and ensure efficient use of resources.
Work Environment

As a Bakery Production Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and physically demanding tasks. You must be able to work accurately and efficiently in a team setting.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
