Position Overview: We are on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Manager of Communications Strategy to spearhead our brand storytelling initiatives and implement impactful communication strategies. The successful candidate will be adept at crafting engaging narratives, formulating effective communication plans, and utilizing diverse tools to boost brand visibility and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement comprehensive communication strategies that effectively articulate our brand's value proposition.
  • Oversee the development of tailored sales presentations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and messaging, while crafting compelling narratives that resonate with target demographics.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of competitor positioning and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge and ensure our messaging is distinctively engaging.
  • Guide and mentor teams in the art of effective pitch delivery, ensuring consistency and impact across all external and business development communications.
  • Act as the primary storyteller, identifying and showcasing unique narratives across all external communication channels and social media to differentiate our brand in the marketplace.
  • Lead copywriting initiatives to clearly articulate key messages and enhance brand storytelling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to weave communication strategies into business development efforts and marketing materials.
  • Promote a startup mentality in communication strategies, emphasizing the significance of our narratives.
  • Manage external social media platforms and public relations strategies to elevate brand awareness and engagement.
  • Utilize compelling narratives and interactive content to expand our follower base and convert casual followers into dedicated brand advocates.
  • Oversee the creation of outstanding social media content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with target audiences, including videos, blogs, infographics, and live sessions.
  • Employ analytics tools to monitor engagement metrics and refine strategies to enhance performance and audience satisfaction.
  • Leverage social media AI to implement social strategies effectively.
  • Utilize technology and AI to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience (5-8 years) in a communications role, focusing on storytelling, brand strategy, and copywriting.
  • Exceptional ability to convey complex ideas clearly and tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Strong familiarity with social media platforms and proven experience in developing and executing social media strategies.
  • Experience in managing external agencies and resources, including designers, to enhance communication materials.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative approach and the ability to identify and leverage emerging trends.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
