Painting Supervisor

Xpro Style Projects Ltd. is seeking a skilled Painting Supervisor to join our team. As a Painting Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing painting projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule painting projects, including preparing production reports and ensuring timely completion.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and lead a team of painters, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Operations Management: Manage painting equipment and materials, estimate costs, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Staffing and Training: Recruit, hire, and train new staff members, as well as arrange for ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, requisition materials, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Personal Qualities: Organized, reliable, and a team player.
The work environment is noisy and dusty, requiring the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
Language and Work TermThe work language is English, and the work term is permanent, with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
