Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Analyst to join our team. As a Clinical Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving clinical processes, developing business cases, and implementing solutions to drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze clinical data and develop business cases to support process improvements and solution implementation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to address them
  • Develop and maintain clinical process documentation and training materials
  • Participate in project planning and execution, including project management, coordination, and communication
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on clinical best practices and standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clinicians, administrators, and vendors
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a clinical or healthcare-related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a clinical or healthcare-related field, with a focus on analysis and process improvement
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on developing business cases and implementing solutions
  • 1+ year of experience in clinical informatics, with a focus on developing and implementing clinical information systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clinicians, administrators, and vendors
