We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 10087433 Manitoba Ltd. O/A Pizza Pizza. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparers and counter attendants, to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Task Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supply requirements, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a high level of service quality.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other relevant metrics.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
