Job Title: Packaging Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Packaging Supervisor to join our team at R F G CANADA INC. As a Packaging Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the packaging process, ensuring that products are packaged efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Prepare production and other reports
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule activities of workers
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Ability to work independently
