Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Esso Meaford. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure that all sales floor operations are running smoothly, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with the store management team to achieve sales targets and implement visual merchandising plans.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure seamless store operations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
