We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Senior Liability Adjuster to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
This is a hybrid field role that consists of work from home and field work within the Montreal region.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess liability claims by conducting loss investigations and negotiating settlements in accordance with provincial licensing requirements.
- Maintain high performance and excellent client relationships.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives.
- Bilingual (French and English) AMF License (personal and commercial lines)
- 5 + years of technical experience handling liability claims
- Post-Secondary education in an insurance related field will be considered an asset
- Strong computer and reporting skills
- A team player with outstanding customer service skills
