About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Truck and Transport Mechanic to join our team at Harry Mobile Truck & Trailer Repair Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Diagnostic and Repair: Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions, and repair or replace parts as needed.
  • Automotive Systems: Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems, including truck-trailer systems.
  • Scheduled Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance services to prevent breakdowns and ensure vehicles are road-ready.
  • Customer Service: Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements, and complete reports to record problems and work performed.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma is required, but relevant experience is an asset.
  • Work Experience: Experience in a related field is preferred, with a focus on commercial vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with a regular schedule and opportunities for overtime.
