About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Analytics Business Partner to join our Data & AI team at Green Shield Canada. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and supporting data strategy initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data solutions to drive business value creation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable insights
  • Design and develop visualizations and dashboards using data visualization tools such as Tableau
  • Work with large volumes of health and insurance data to identify trends and insights
  • Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations
Requirements
  • College or university degree in computer science, data science, engineering, mathematics, statistics or related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a data scientist or advanced analytics expert
  • Expert-level skills in SQL, data visualization, and machine learning
  • Experience working with cloud technologies and data frameworks
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
