Our Silicon IP business is focused on integrating more capabilities into System-on-Chip (SoC) designs – faster and more efficiently. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of silicon IP, including predesigned blocks of logic, memory, interfaces, analog, security, and embedded processors.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with a focus on digital design and verification.
  • Proficiency in Verilog and VCS.
  • Strong knowledge of back-end synthesis tools, including DC/PT.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Shell, Perl, Python, and TCL.
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge of digital signal processing and data recovery circuits.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with cross-functional design teams and customer support.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to apply good design quality while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Ability to resolve complex issues in inventive ways and exercise sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques.

Preferred Experience

  • RTL coding, modeling of analog blocks, and writing complex system-level test-benches in Verilog.
  • Strong experience in ASIC Digital Design, with a focus on front-end design.
  • Defining synthesis design constraints and resolving STA issues, as well as gate-level simulation failures.
  • Defining Clock/Reset domain crossing design constraints and evaluating violations using CDC/RDC tools.
  • Enhancing and maintaining existing SERDES PHY IP.
  • Interacting with Application Engineers for customer support and resolving technical issues with Analog and P&R teams.
