As a specialist, you will leverage your extensive technical knowledge of sanitation processes and equipment. This expertise enables you to spearhead the planning, development, and execution of maintenance strategies within a Continuous Improvement manufacturing framework. You will oversee this through teams comprising both technical and non-technical staff, essential support contractors, and operational personnel.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

Collaborate with line leaders to achieve SQCDSM targets—Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability & Morale—ensuring process stability; actively participate in Daily Management Systems meetings at both shift and line levels. Take ownership of the technology and processes, including centerline settings for equipment; manage Progressive Maintenance systems and Key Performance Indicators for the lines, along with the Repairs & Maintenance budget. Develop and implement preventive and time-based maintenance systems and plans, enhancing the capabilities of the team to execute these independently; dedicate at least 50% of your time to building the technical and maintenance skills of technicians, empowering them to operate and maintain their equipment effectively. Partner with the Asset and Reliability team to drive system improvements and execute specialized maintenance tasks; oversee Change Management processes, spare parts localization, and thorough breakdown analysis to reduce R&M costs. Support new initiatives and assist the team in internal and external benchmarking; serve as a subject matter expert in specific component categories and provide training on maintenance-related topics.

Qualifications

Advanced expertise in maintenance systems, including Autonomous Maintenance and Progressive Maintenance standards, with the ability to independently maintain dedicated equipment. Capability to lead roles within the line, qualifying and mentoring next-level owners while driving common improvement areas through a structured approach. Ability to function as a Line Leader, aligning goals and master plans for the line, managing individual development plans, and coaching team members on performance and career growth.
