Position Overview

KJE Investments Ltd is seeking a dedicated Baker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a commitment to quality.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a baking role is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dough for various baked goods including pies, bread, rolls, and pastries, following established recipes or special customer requests.
  • Bake and finish mixed dough and batters to perfection.
  • Decorate and frost cakes and other baked items to enhance presentation.
  • Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Maintain quality control to ensure all products meet established standards.
  • Conduct inspections of kitchen and food service areas to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
Work Environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
  • Must be prepared for overtime as needed.
  • Attention to detail is crucial in all aspects of the role.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
