- Oversee the planning and execution of maintenance programs to ensure maximum availability of equipment and critical infrastructure.
- Implement maintenance management systems to monitor performance, identify trends, and anticipate future needs.
- Maintain and constantly improve the level of service offered to operational departments to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
- Continuously evaluate and improve maintenance processes to optimize performance and reduce costs.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a talented team of maintenance professionals.
- Efficiently allocate human and financial resources to optimize maintenance operations.
- Provide inspiring and motivating leadership to foster a collaborative and safe work environment.
- Actively participate in the management of his team's working relationships in conjunction with the operations team.
- In collaboration with various departments, ensure compliance with relevant environmental and safety regulations.
- Integrate environmental practices into maintenance processes to support the organization's sustainability objectives.
We offer a permanent full-time position, daytime, Monday to Friday, with a Registered Retirement Savings Plan with employer contribution and social activities.
