Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant facilities by performing a wide range of maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment for guests, colleagues, and yourself, adhering to all safety regulations and equipment guidelines.
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including troubleshooting issues, attending to store areas and appliances, and repairing décor and equipment throughout the day or night.
  • Perform general building maintenance, minor repairs to heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Carry out cleaning duties within the restaurant, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Address general repair needs such as plastering, painting, and tile repair.

Qualifications and Skills
