Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Accounting Specialist to join our team at MADANI FINE FOODS. This role is essential for maintaining the financial integrity of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Calculating and preparing payroll cheques.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and managing various accounts through both manual and computerized accounting systems.
  • Overseeing general ledgers and preparing financial statements.
  • Posting journal entries and preparing various statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
  • Preparing tax documentation and ensuring compliance.
  • Compiling trial balances and reconciling accounts.
Technical Proficiencies

Proficiency in the following software is required:

  • MS Excel
  • MS Outlook
  • MS Word
  • QuickBooks
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A secondary school graduation certificate.
  • Between 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
Compensation

This position offers an hourly wage of $25.00 based on a standard 40-hour work week.
