As a Visual Merchandiser at Laura Canada, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's image by training and developing the Store Operations Team to implement and execute the Regional Visual Presentation direction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and execute window and in-store set-ups, navigation changes, and other visual displays to meet business needs.
  • Assist the Regional Visual Merchandiser with store visits to identify visual training opportunities and develop visual autonomy at the store level.
  • Participate in new store openings and renovations within the region.
  • Participate or facilitate visual presentation and merchandising training workshops for the Store Operations Team.
  • Support 3-5 stores or the equivalent, depending on sales volume.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fashion with a strong background in display/merchandising.
  • Experience in dressing and handling mannequins, as well as merchandising skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong follow-through skills.
  • Adaptability.
  • Fashion flair and creativity.
  • The ability to work physically.
  • The ability to support and work in teams.
  • Exhibits initiative and self-direction.
