Visual Merchandising Associate (Full Time)

Join our team at UNIQLO Montreal as a Visual Merchandising Associate (Full Time) and play a key role in creating an engaging and inspiring shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to maintain and reflect UNIQLO's values, mission and vision
  • Meet and exceed Sales expectations
  • Continuously remains knowledgeable with the company's brand, products, and current store promotions and/or advertisements
  • Understand, respect, and follow company's code of conduct
  • Execute any Corporate-related material regarding Styling of Mannequins within store in line with UNIQLO Guidelines
  • Ensure all VM related props, materials and store environment is aligned with UNIQLO standard and expectation
  • Maintain and manage Visual Stockroom Organization
  • Follow proper procedure regarding stock management utilized within Visual presentations
  • Correctly install any marketing assets necessary to maintain a good Visual presentation of the store
Desired Skills and Experiences
  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience within visual retail sector
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which may include evenings and weekends
  • Solution oriented
  • Have an interest in fashion and the latest fashion trends
  • Able to lift a load of at least 20lbs (mannequins and other)
  • Self-driven
  • Autonomous
