Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Ridall Pest Control.

Job Summary:

The Office Manager will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Implement new administrative procedures, review and evaluate existing procedures, delegate work to office support staff, and establish work priorities.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate and plan for office services, assemble data, and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Supervision: Supervise 3-4 people and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Computer and Technology: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Transportation and Travel: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, and under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication, flexibility, organization, reliability, ability to multitask, time management, adaptability, integrity, and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Experience an asset.

  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
