Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit comprehensive production reports to management.
    • Conduct thorough analysis of operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Supervision
    • Direct and supervise a team of 5-10 delivery drivers and logistics coordinators.
    • Provide guidance and support to ensure team members meet performance expectations.
  • Training and Development
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
    • Arrange for external training and development opportunities as needed.
  • Logistics Coordination
    • Coordinate and schedule delivery routes and logistics operations.
    • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and materials.
  • Health and Safety
    • Implement and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Personnel Management
    • Recommend personnel actions, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary measures.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Materials and Equipment

    • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
  • Certifications and Licenses

Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
