Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Focus on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives, and providing personalized financial advice and guidance.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and build relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage and grow a dedicated client portfolio, creating comprehensive financial plans and providing ongoing financial advice and guidance.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1.5-3 years of experience in a financial advisory role, managing and growing a portfolio of clients.
  • Certifications: CIRO-ID certification, Canadian Securities Course (CSC) written within the past 3 years, Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH), Wealth Management Essentials Course (WME), Personal Financial Planner (PFP) within 24 months of hire.
  • Skills: Analytical thinking, client relationship management, customer experience, financial advising, investment planning, investment products, mass-affluent client management, portfolio management, retirement planning, work collaboratively.
