As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from owner-managed businesses to those with revenues up to $20 million. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping them build financial and operational processes that drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Fractional CFO-level expert for 4-6 clients
  • Develop and implement internal processes to streamline our onboarding and ongoing support of current clients
  • Ensure consistent deliverables for our clients through process-driven approaches
  • Have the opportunity to become the head of our Fractional Finance department

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working in small and medium-sized businesses, with a CPA designation
  • Operational experience is an asset
  • Ability to book journal entries and discuss acquisitions with ease
  • Knowledgeable in QuickBooks Online, Xero, and/or Sage
  • Involved in turnaround or ownership transitions is an asset
  • Forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow experience
  • Desire to be trained in EOS and/or DiSC

What We Offer:

  • Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year
