The Afternoon Shift Shop Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the shop, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. This role is essential for maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Manage daily shop operations and supervise staff effectively.
- Provide leadership through mentoring and coaching to foster a positive work culture.
- Maintain safety and efficiency in all shop activities.
- Organize and ensure cleanliness of the shop and surrounding areas.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment and operations.
- Utilize fleet management software to optimize performance.
Qualifications:
- Possession of relevant licenses, including a valid 310T Truck & Coach license.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
