Are you ready to take on a new challenge in retail leadership?
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic team at Dollarama L.P. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily retail store operations, providing support to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, and acting as the Manager on Duty (MOD) when needed.
- Oversee daily retail store operations, ensuring a high level of customer service and store appearance.
- Provide support to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in managing store operations, including inventory management, employee training, and customer service.
- Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD) when needed, ensuring the smooth operation of the store and making decisions in the absence of the Store Manager and/or Assistant Store Manager.
- Participate in inventory processes, including receiving, stocking, and counting inventory.
- Conduct employee training and development, ensuring that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in the retail industry, preferably in a leadership or management role.
- Proven ability to efficiently organize time and manage priorities, ensuring the smooth operation of the store.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire employees to achieve their best.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a high level of customer service and attention to detail.
