Window and Door Assembler

We are seeking a skilled Window and Door Assembler to join our team at Cornerstone Building Brands Canada Inc. As a key member of our fabrication and assembly team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our window and door production.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect and Record Product Information: Accurately record information on products inspected, ensuring that all relevant details are captured and documented.
- Clean and Maintain Work Area: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Operate Machines and Equipment: Safely operate machines and equipment to fabricate parts and products, adhering to manufacturer instructions and company procedures.
- Assemble and Affix Products: Assemble and affix seal or tags to approved products, ensuring that all products meet quality and safety standards.
- Load and Feed Materials: Load, feed, or place materials into machines, ensuring that all materials are properly aligned and secured.
- Return Defective Products: Return defective products for repair or recycle, following established procedures and protocols.
- Finish and Assemble Products: Sand, trim, grind, or clean products into final form using hand tools, and screw, clip, glue, bond, weld, or otherwise assemble parts and components to form final products.
- Cut and Shape Materials: Cut, shape, and fit materials to form parts and components, ensuring that all products meet quality and safety standards.
- Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks, including standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads.
- Physical Demands: Work in a physically demanding environment, requiring manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Weight Handling: Handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs), adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
- Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Reliability: Demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
