Company Overview

MP Home Maintenance Work specializes in a variety of home upkeep services, including window cleaning, gutter maintenance, and pressure washing for both residential and commercial properties.

Position Overview

We are in search of highly motivated and hardworking individuals for our marketing and sales roles to help grow our presence in the community. If you are enthusiastic about fostering a positive company culture, are goal-driven, and enjoy meeting new people, this position may be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct door-to-door canvassing to provide homeowners with complimentary estimates for our services
  • Receive training on effective client engagement, objection handling, rapport building, and scheduling quality estimates

Job Duties

  • Deliver accurate information regarding our home maintenance offerings
  • Contribute to brand development
  • Generate leads and convert them into estimates during interactions
  • Establish connections with potential clients
  • Possibility for promotions within the organization; top performers may receive training to conduct estimates and secure jobs directly

Requirements and Benefits

Compensation

Pay ranges from $16 to $20 per hour, with part-time hours between 10 to 20 hours weekly.

  • Availability for Monday to Friday shifts
