About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is the cornerstone of Citco's operations, with our alternative asset and accounting services recognized as some of the most reputable in the market. Our ongoing investment in technology and training ensures that our team is well-equipped to provide an exceptional client experience.
About You:
- You possess a background in accounting or finance, supported by a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, along with over 5 years of relevant experience in hedge fund accounting or investment company fund accounting, particularly with derivative instruments and external investors.
- Completion or near completion of CA, CMA, CGA, CPA, or CFA designations is preferred but not mandatory.
- You have a solid understanding of investment strategies and financial products, including derivatives.
- Your experience includes reviewing deliverables and managing team outputs.
- You have successfully managed a team of 5 or more individuals in a supervisory or mentoring capacity.
- You are adept at collaborating with various teams within an operational framework.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- You demonstrate strong financial reporting, analytical, and organizational capabilities.
- Proficiency in Office applications, particularly Excel, is required.
- You thrive in a challenging and professional work environment.

Your Role:
- You will be responsible for overseeing and preparing financial reports and profit allocation statements, including the calculation of net asset value, in line with client deadlines.
- Act as the primary liaison with clients regarding the preparation of monthly reporting packages.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to client inquiries.
- Assist team members with their monthly tasks as needed.
- Serve as a liaison with external parties.
- Ensure compliance with all internal and external standards and best practices.
- Support new client onboarding and fund launches to ensure successful execution.
- Review administrative and accounting procedures, recommending improvements for a more efficient NAV production process.
- Facilitate adherence to internal reporting requirements.
- Participate in strategic departmental and corporate initiatives.
- Assist with ad hoc projects as required.
