Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Royal Classic Kitchens Manufacturing Corp.

Job Summary:

The Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Lead and motivate a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as building codes and specifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including material delivery and equipment maintenance.
  • Recruit and hire construction workers, as needed.
  • Train or arrange for training, ensuring workers have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Operate CADD and other computer software systems, as required.
  • Prepare production and other reports, as needed.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction supervision.
  • Excellent oral communication and leadership skills.
  • Organized and reliable, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Working Conditions:
  • 37.5 hours per week.
  • Free parking available.
  • Permanent employment.
