Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Royal Classic Kitchens Manufacturing Corp.

Job Summary:

The Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the highest quality standards, including adherence to building codes and regulations.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all construction sites are safe and healthy for workers and the public.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, team player.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. Free parking is available on site.
