Female Learning Disabilities Healthcare Support Worker in Helston

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Learning Disabilities Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Thornbury Community Services in Helston. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism to live safe and fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism in a community-based setting.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Support individuals to develop new skills and interests, and participate in community activities.
- Work collaboratively with our clinical team to provide high-quality care and support.
- Participate in initial shadow shifts to familiarize yourself with the client and environment.
