Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1898487 ALBERTA LTD. as a key member of our restaurant operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless food service delivery to our customers.
Supervise and Coordinate Food Service StaffOversee and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Train and Develop StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
Inventory Management and BudgetingEstimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Customer Service and Quality ControlEnsure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customer complaints or concerns, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Reporting and CommunicationPrepare and submit reports, and communicate effectively with the chef and other stakeholders to ensure smooth food service operations.
Requirements- Education and Experience
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
Language and Work EnvironmentFluency in English and ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Personal SuitabilityClient focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
