About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Ali Crane Operations Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure the successful completion of construction projects.
    • Hire and supervise the activities of subcontractors to maintain high-quality workmanship and meet project deadlines.
  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
    • Read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings to ensure accurate construction and installation of materials.
  • Financial Management
    • Plan and manage budgets for construction projects, including the direct purchase of building materials and land acquisitions.
    • Prepare reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent oral communication skills to effectively communicate with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise staff and subcontractors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
