We are currently looking for an Integrated Systems Project Lead to join our Vancouver office. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with senior management to develop system engineering concepts and reports, ensuring alignment with construction budgets. Conduct reviews of existing installations and assess their impact on ongoing projects. Perform calculations and select appropriate equipment for projects. Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant codes and standards, effectively communicating requirements to all stakeholders. Ensure proper coordination of documentation with internal and external teams, including architects and other disciplines. Understand project procurement methodologies and apply them appropriately. Review all project deliverables for accuracy and completeness at various stages of development. Uphold company standards related to project administration and documentation processes. Act as contract administrator when necessary, ensuring timely completion of contract activities. Facilitate the shop drawing review process within project timelines. Coordinate with the contract administration team regarding drawing reviews and site activities. Prepare and review change notices as required. Address both technical and financial inquiries related to projects. Ensure effective coordination among internal project teams. Organize and participate in client meetings. Deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile Minimum of five years of experience in telecommunications, security, audiovisual, or electrical fields. Relevant certifications such as P. Eng., RCDD, PSP, CTS, CTS-D, MCSE, or CCIE are advantageous. Familiarity with industry standards including BISCI, EIA/TIA, and CSA. Proficient in Microsoft Office, CAD/Revit, and MS Project. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work independently. Experience managing multiple projects and clients in a complex environment. Excellent communication skills, fostering positive relationships with clients and staff. Proven experience collaborating with consultants and contractors on major projects. Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize effectively. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
