Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and care instructions to guests.
  • Contribute to achieving daily sales targets and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
  • Ensure the shop appearance is maintained, including stocking, organizing, and cleaning.
  • Process stock from the warehouse, including unpacking, counting, and tagging.
  • Assist with re-stocking, pricing, and sale preparation as needed.
  • Return items from the change room to their designated area.
  • Prepare merchandise for tailoring or alteration as required.
  • Complete assigned clean-up duties and utilize the Point of Sale system.
  • Participate in staff training and showroom events as scheduled.
