About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our food service team as a Food Counter Attendant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and package take-out food, portion and wrap foods, and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items.
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take customers' orders, and use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.
  • Food Handling and Storage: Stock refrigerators and salad bars, remove kitchen garbage and trash, and wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient service, and maintain open communication to resolve any issues that may arise.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with high volume of customers and orders.
  • Physical Demands: Stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks.
