Registered Dental Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dental Assistant to join our team at the Cape Breton Dental Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our dental practices.
Key Responsibilities- Encourage patient acceptance of treatment plans by meeting their needs and answering questions.
- Greet and assist patients, ensuring a positive impression.
- Process referral letters and manage patient records.
- Present treatment options and appointment details to patients.
- Assist with clinical procedures and maintain infection control protocols.
- Build strong patient relationships and maintain ethical professional behavior.
- Registered Dental Assistant certification.
- 2 years of dental assisting experience (preferred).
- Knowledge of Dentrix and Recall System Pro (asset).
