Your Role Overview
As a passionate leader, you will collaborate with the Store Management team to enhance retail performance, drive sales, and foster an engaging customer atmosphere. Your leadership will inspire your team to achieve excellence in service and results.
Key Responsibilities- Address customer inquiries and concerns with efficiency, providing feedback to the Store Management team as necessary.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues using available resources.
- Support the maintenance of store layout and visual merchandising, alongside inventory management and other operational tasks.
- Act as a flexible and responsible role model, effectively communicating with your team.
- Demonstrate a keen interest in the beauty market, competitors, and our product offerings.
- Work alongside the Store Management team to:
o Cultivate a customer-centric store experience by coaching team members to enhance customer engagement through our products and initiatives.
o Foster customer loyalty to strengthen The Body Shop brand.
o Achieve sales and performance objectives.
o Identify and nurture high-potential candidates while supporting the training and onboarding of new team members.
- Experience in a customer-facing role with a genuine enthusiasm for the beauty and retail sectors.
- Strong communication and listening skills, demonstrating operational proficiency.
- Interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customers and provide tailored solutions.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to personal development.
