About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse team at Goodfood. As a key member of our assembly line, you will play a crucial role in packing Goodfood boxes that will be delivered straight to our members.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain a safe and efficient workspace, including lifting boxes and heavy charges, to ensure a smooth production process.
  • Assemble boxes and insert liners and ice packs to meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Fill boxes with the right recipe bags and recipe cards according to member orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Verify box contents and address labels to ensure everything is in order before shipping.
  • Sort recipe cards and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Stack boxes on pallets for shipping and ensure they are properly secured.
  • Pick and pack meat and recipe items according to packing slips, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Clean the warehouse and fridge as needed to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and previous manufacturing or industrial work experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with daily targets and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a cold environment (0 to +4 degrees Celsius) and lifting up to 35-50 pounds repetitively during shifts.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and reading skills in English to effectively collaborate with team members and management.
