Reporting to the VP, Creditor Insurance, this role will direct the portfolio prioritization, planning & delivery of creditor projects and initiatives aligned with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for portfolio planning & prioritization of Creditor projects/initiatives aligned with business strategy.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end execution of the deliverables under the Program, ensuring projects are aligned to established Corporate methodologies and best practices.
  • Develop and implement alignment models to ensure cohesive collaboration between organizational strategy & agile delivery teams.
  • Leads Creditor initiative program planning; Jira) to enable teams to dynamically plan, track and manage portfolio projects.
  • Responsible for establishing & maintaining strong governance and processes for decision making & prioritization, working closely and collaboratively with Agile Product Owners, as well as partners in the business, IT and distribution.
  • Oversees Creditor portfolio project budget, spend and monthly reporting through Enterprise Project Management Office.

You will facilitate the adoption of change and create a high-performance culture through alignment of your team's work with organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years experience in Project/Program leadership & delivery.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Agile certification (e.g., li>Ability to work with diverse teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Working knowledge of insurance operations, products, practices and processes.
