About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Time Community Program Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing the portfolio prioritization, planning & delivery of creditor projects and initiatives aligned with business strategy.

You will oversee the creditor project portfolio budget spend, monthly reporting and coordination with key stakeholders with regular updates. Accountable for portfolio planning & prioritization of Creditor projects/initiatives aligned with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the end-to-end execution of the deliverables under the Program, ensuring projects are aligned to established Corporate methodologies and best practices.
  • Develop and implement alignment models to ensure cohesive collaboration between organizational strategy & agile delivery teams.
  • Leads Creditor initiative program planning; Jira) to enable teams to dynamically plan, track and manage portfolio projects.
  • Responsible for establishing & maintaining strong governance and processes for decision making & prioritization, working closely and collaboratively with Agile Product Owners, as well as partners in the business, IT and distribution.
  • Oversees Creditor portfolio project budget, spend and monthly reporting through Enterprise Project Management Office.
  • You facilitate the adoption of change and create a high-performance culture through alignment of your team's work with organizational goals.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years experience in Project/Program leadership & delivery.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). Agile certification (e.g.,
  • Ability to work with diverse teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Working knowledge of insurance operations, products, practices and processes.
