Job Summary

Majhail Freightways Ltd. is seeking a skilled Freight Dispatcher to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for dispatching personnel according to schedules and work orders, maintaining work records and logs, and ensuring the smooth delivery of shipments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of work completed, including mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses.
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of shipments.
  • Monitor and track shipments, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with drivers and other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
