Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Transportation: Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
  • Load and Unload: Safely load and unload goods, taking care to secure them properly.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the condition of the vehicle, including tires, lights, brakes, and other equipment.
  • Emergency Response: Perform emergency roadside repairs and respond to unexpected situations.
  • Pre-Trip and Post-Trip Inspections: Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is safe and roadworthy.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Communication: Receive and relay information to central dispatch, ensuring seamless communication.

Requirements
