  10. Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors, to gather requirements and deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.
  11. Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and industry trends, and proactively suggest improvements to enhance the platform's capabilities.

Requirements and Qualifications

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ServiceNow Architect) is a plus.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including architecture, design, and implementation.
  3. Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript)
    • Strong knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, AJAX)
    • Experience with RESTful and SOAP-based web services and APIs
    • Familiarity with ITIL framework and processes

Preferred Certifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ITIL v4 Foundation
  • TOGAF Certified Enterprise Architect
